| 摘 要： | 近几年,我国高校教育事业的不断发展,高校辅导员队伍建设也被提到日程工作上来。高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的主要工作者,近几年大学生思想、行为不断变化,从事大学生思想教育工作的辅导员必须具有大量的实战经验与知识结构,与时俱进,不断创新,建设一个学习型的高校辅导员队伍,为高校培养高素质人才奠定基础。本文主要阐述高校学习型辅导员队伍建设的必要性和相关措施。

| Abstract: | In recent years, due to the continuous development of university education in China, the construction of university counselor team is also put on the agenda of work. University counselors are the main workers to carry out the ideological and political education of university students. In recent years, university students＇ thoughts and behaviors are continuously changing, so counselors engaged in the ideological education of university students must possess a lot of practical experience and knowledge structure, and develop themselves with the pace of the times, so as to construct a learning university counselor team, and lay a foundation for the cultivation of high-quality talents. This paper mainly describes the necessity and related measures of constructing a learning counselor team. |
