| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业作为知识经济的主导产业，其发展状况和水平关系到国家和民族的命运和未来．在回顾产业集群理论和我国高新技术产业发展状况的基础上，分析了我国高新技术产业可以从产业集群理论和实践中得到的有益启示，提出实施高新技术产业集群发展战略，增强我国高新技术产业的国际竞争力．

| Abstract: | As high-tech industry is the dominant industry in the era of knowledge-economy,its development level is the key factor which influences the fate of the nations in the future.The paper reviewed the theory of industrial cluster and the development of high-tech industry in China,then analysed the enlightenment which can be obtained from the theory,put forward that the strategy of industry cluster should be used in the development of high-tech industry in China to improve its international competitive ability. |
