人参总皂甙和人参皂甙Rg1对运动性疲劳大鼠中枢神经递质的影响

摘    要:对运动性疲劳模型大鼠中枢神经递质GABA、DA、5-HT和Ach含量进行检测,结果显示:人参皂甙Rg1和人参总皂甙均能有效的降低下丘脑γ-氨基丁酸和5-羟色胺的含量,提高多巴胺和乙酰胆碱的含量。和人参总皂甙比较,人参皂甙Rg1在提高乙酰胆碱含量方面显示了更优的效果,但在降低γ-氨基丁酸、5-羟色胺含量和提高多巴胺含量方面效果相对较差。表明人参总皂甙及其单一成分人参皂甙Rg1均可通过不同靶点具有不同程度的改善运动疲劳后中枢神经递质紊乱的情况,达到抗运动性疲劳的效果。

Abstract:Through the detection of contents of central neurotransmitter GABA,DA,5 - HT and Ach in the exercise - induced fatigue rats. The results showed that both Ginsenoside Rgl and Ginsenosides could effectively reduce the GABA and 5 - HT contents in hypothalanms, improve the contents of DA and Ach. As compared with the Ginsenosides, Ginsenoside Rgl demonstrated better performance in terms of improve the content of Ach,while the effect of reduceing the content of GABA and 5 - HT and improving the content of Ach were relatively less. We came to the conclusion Giusenosides and the Single component ginsenoside Rgl could improve the disorder of central neurotransmitter after exercise-indued fatigue in different level and different targets,and reduce the fatigue of exercise.
