| 摘 要： | 国际组织国际法上的法律人格问题既是一个理论问题又是一个实践问题。它与国际组织的产生与发展密不可分，主要是为了解决国际合作问题。国际组织的国际人格有一个从无到有的发展过程，其中一个关键转折点是国际法院“关于对联合国服务人员所受损害的赔偿案”咨询意见的发表。

| Abstract: | The problem of international organization＇s legal personality in the international law is not only a theoretical issue but also a matter of practice. The problem is inseparable with the formation and development of international organizations, and mainly to solve the issue of international cooperation. International organization~ personality is a process of development from scratch. One of the key turning points is the publication of the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice about compensation case for the damage to United Nations staff. |
