| 摘 要： | 人性化管理是管理学的一个重要思想,是管理现代化的重要内容。考试是科学公正地选拔和评价人才的重要手段。考试管理的对象是人,是实现人—人的有效管理,其管理的全过程应具有人性化。如何在确保考试工作公平、公正、安全的基础上,进一步加强人性化的管理模式、方法和手段如优化施考环境、做好考生心理疏导、规范考试工作人员的语言及其行为等,对于努力构建和谐考试环境,使考生能够以最佳的身心状态参加考试,发挥水平,具有重要的现实意义。
