| 摘 要： | 增强社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的能力，必须正确剖析当代中国各种主要社会思潮的本质内容和价值取向，提高现实针对性；必须以建设社会主义核心价值体系为基础，推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣，提高国家文化软实力；必须以科学发展观为指导，坚持解放思想，深化改革开放，促进科学发展和社会和谐，为提升国家文化软实力提供坚实的物质基础和社会条件。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance the leading ethos capability of the socialist core values system, the essence and value orientation of the main ethos in China should be analyzed correctly. The establishment of the socialist core values system should be served as the foundation for booming the socialistic culture and increasing the soft power of Chinese culture. The scientific out- look of development should be the guidance of emancipating the mind and deepening reform for science development and social harmoniousness, which provides the solid material basis and social conditions for enhancing Chinese culture soft power. |
