| 摘 要： | 中世纪西欧贵族财产实行长子继承制，并非只是满足了封君的利益需要。事实上，长子继承制的确立，不仅维护了封君的利益，而且在很大程度上对封臣及其诸子也同样有利，不应单方面强调某一方的利益。

| Abstract: | The causes that the primogeniture was carried out in property by the nobles in the medieval Western Europe was not only in the interest of the Over Lord. In fact, the establishment of the primogeniture not only had sticked up for the benefit of the Over Lord, but also for the benefit of the vassals as well as their sons, we should not laid stress on one＇s interest unlaterally. |
