| Abstract: | The technique of bonded prestressed concrete, as well as the most advanced HVM anchorages and high strength steel strand, was applied to the girders of the library of Maoming College. The construction method of the project was improved also. As a result, it made good economic benefits, and the quality of the project was also improved . remarkably. |
