| 摘 要： | 我国中小企业发展遇到的最大问题就是融资难，中小企业公司治理结构的不完善、不健全成为了影响中小企业融资的瓶颈。而以商业银行为代表的金融中介作为外部投资者，是国内外中小企业最主要的融资渠道。国外金融中介参与中小企业公司治理的模式有其先进和科学的地方，本文在对国外金融中介参与中小企业公司治理模式进行比较分析的基础上，提出了我国应该借鉴的一些建议与发展展望。

| Abstract: | The biggest problem in the development of SMEs of our country face is the financing, corporate governance structure for SMEs is imperfect ,it become the bottleneck of financing of SMEs. The commercial banks as financial intermediaries on behalf of outside investors, is home to the most important financing channels for SMEs. Foreign financial intermediaries involved in SME corporate governance model has its advanced and scientific areas, the paper on foreign financial intermediaries involved in SME corporate governance model based on a comparative analysis, put forward China should learn from some of the recommendations. |
