| 摘 要： | 以顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,对甲苯磺酸(PTSA)为催化剂,利用酯化反应制备了顺丁烯二酸聚乙二醇单酯(MPEGM)并利用正交试验法优化了合成条件.探讨了反应物摩尔比、PTSA用量、反应温度和反应时间对MPEGM产率的影响,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征产物结构.结果表明:当PTSA用量为3%,n(MAH)∶n(PEG)为1.2∶1,反应温度为95℃时,反应时间4 h制备的MPEGM单酯产率最高.
