| 摘 要： | 通过理论分析设想得出反映运动员身体工作能力的良好指标,并设计了测试评定指标的专门仪器;最后利用不同负荷强度和负荷量的实验并结合血乳酸指标对评定指标和测试仪器进行应用性检验,为开发该仪器奠定基础。

| Abstract: | By theoretical analysis, the authors presented the good indexes to evaluate boxers' athletic capacity, and designed a special measuring instrument. At last, the application of the evaluating indexes and the instrument were tested by the different punching exercixes of some boxers, contrasting their blood lactate concentration. |
