| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来，我国高等职业教育得到了迅猛地发展，但同时高职院校师资队伍建设也明显地暴露出了一些问题，已经难以适应高职教育发展的需要。从我国高职院校师资队伍的现状出发，着力进行“三双型”师资队伍建设，不失为一种新思路、新模式，它可以促进我国高职教育科学协调地发展。

| Abstract: | since 1980s higher vocational education in China has been developing fast. At the same time, more and more problems of teaching staff in these colleges have turned outs and the condition cannot meet the need of higher vocational education development. This paper tries to analyze the condition of teaching staff in vocational colleges and put forward the mode of construction "triple-double" teaching staff in order to promote China's senior vocational education in the future. |
