| 摘 要： | 采用合理的抽样频率、抽样容量可以使得过程收益最大、使得部分或总的过程（工序）控制成本最小．研究了基于过程（工序）能力指数的两种抽样方案，并且给出相关例子评价这两种抽样方案，以便在生产过程中很好地被采用．

| Abstract: | Applying correct sampling interval and sample size, the production process can get the most benefit, or the lowest partly and totally process control-cost. this paper researched two kinds of sampling plan based on process capability index and gave examples to estimate the two plans, so that these sampling plans could been applied by enterprises. |
