福建中小企业"招工难"现象之探析

摘    要:从上世纪80年代末开始出现民工潮起,我国劳动力市场一直处于"劳动力无限供给"状态.但自2003年下半年以来,包括福建在内的东部地区陆续出现了进城的农民工数量减少导致不少企业出现招工难现象.局部地区和部分行业的劳动力缺口增大是劳动力市场的一种结构性短缺现象,并没有改变我国劳动力供大于求的劳动力市场格局.如何处理好"招工难"和"就业难"并存的局面,是劳动就业工作面临的新挑战.

Abstract:With rural labor rushing into the urban areas,labor-force in China has been over-supplied since the 1980s.However,a new phenomenon that the supplies of labor force are inadequate to meet the demand of enderprises appeared in late 2003 insoutheast China's coastal area.This phenomenon represents the fact that labor shortage does exist in some industries or areas.The problem that supply exceeds demand still widely spreads over the labor force market in China.Therefore,it has a new challenge to solve the problem of"employment diffculty"and"underemployment".
