| 摘 要： | 以第41届世界体操锦标赛和北京奥运周期3次体操大赛单杠决赛运动员为研究对象,对当代世界男子单杠成套动作的发展特征做了全面分析.结果显示,单杠成套动作的难度与比赛成绩成正相关,平均D分接近7.0分,仍有一定的提升空间,最高D分达到7.5分,是单杠(乃至男子各个项目)成套动作难度的世界纪录;继续提高动作难度的主要途径:一是增加G、F组高难飞行动作,二是增加飞行动作的连接,二者有逐渐结合的趋势,并向连接难度价值更高的空翻越杠类动作发展;下法动作开始呈现多样化特征,其落地稳定性不再是获得最好成绩的关键因素,而是在增加(或既定)成套动作难度的前提上,努力提高完成动作的成功率,特别是动作部位的准确性和身体姿势的正确性,将成为获得优异成绩的关键.

| Abstract: | With the athletes who attended the horizontal bar finals in the 41th World Championships and three gymnastic competitions during Beijing Olympic period being the research object,this paper makes a through analysis of the features of complete sets of actions of the world male horizontal bar.The results show that:the difficulty of the movements is positively correlated with the competition results,with an average D being close to 7.0 scores,and there is still some room for improvement,the maximum D is up to 7... |
