| 摘 要： | 档案管理是维护历史真实面貌的一项重要工作。环保档案工作规范化、标准化是实现环保档案管理现代化的重要环节,既需要一套切合实际的公文制发制度、文书处理制度和档案管理制度,也需要注重案卷质量,做好档案信息资源的开发与利用。
