| Abstract: | The authors analyse the current situation of human resource in Liuzhou city,the problems in it,the role of vocational education on the development of human resource,put forward we should develop higher vocational education rapidly,improve the structure of vocational education,construct the human resource structure which coordinates the industrial structure,create the characteristics of running higher vocational education so as to adapt to the need of regional enconomic development. |
