| 摘 要： | 公共查询机主要起着自助式服务的功能，基本上无人管理，容易造成病毒的泛滥、操作系统的崩溃等问题，直接影响到读者查询馆藏资源信息的情绪。无盘网络系统可以防御病毒的入侵、阻止随意操作，为读者提供更安全、更可靠及更高效的公共查询环境，让图书馆读者服务管理获得最佳的效果。
