| 摘 要： | 我国职业技术教育体系已初步形成,但还不能适应社会经济发展.构建21世纪职业技术教育新体系必须考虑:跟上社会经济的快速发展,以人为本,按照终身学习理念,使所有人都有均等接受教育的权利,以及充分反映人才培养类型的不同特点.新体系的主要特点是:充分体现"新经济"对人才的需求;纳入终身教育体系;实行弹性学习制度;实行多样性办学;按人才类型及层次构成体系;采用多种学习方式;新体系是一个开放的体系.要用历史的发展观来看待教育体制,教育体制改革必须与生产方式改革同步.

| Abstract: | In order to construct new system of vocational and technical education at 21st century we must consider to follow the rapid development of social economy, make every person have the equal rights to accept education according to life-long learning idea, show different characteristics of talents type. The characteristics of new system are as follows: embodying fully the demands of new economy on talents, merging into life-long education system, implementing flexible learning system, promoting variety of running school, constructing the system according to talents type and level, adopting all sorts of learning mode, new system being an opening system, etc. We should regard on educational system using the historical view and the reform of educational system should pace with the reform of productive mode. |
