黄花菜多糖的测定方法研究

摘    要:研究一种准确测定黄花菜中多糖的方法。采用地衣酚-盐酸法测定黄花菜中多糖含量,以木糖作为标准对照品,检测波长650 nm。结果表明,黄花菜中多糖平均含量为15.82%,平均回收率为98.77%,RSD=2.25%(n=6)。该测定方法操作简便,重现性和稳定性较好,既适用于黄花菜多糖含量的测定,也可为其他戊糖含量高的多糖测定提供一种可行方法。

Abstract:To establish a method to measure polysaccharides we research in day-lily accurately. We use the method of Orcinol- hydrochloric acid to measure polysaccharide content in day-lily with xylose as the standard reference, and the detection wavelength is 650 nm. The results show that the average content of day-lily polysaccharides is 15.82%, the average recovery rate is 98.77%, RSD = 2.25%(n = 6). The assay method is simple, with better reproducibility and stability, and it's not only applicative for the measure of polysaccharide content in day-lily, but also provides a feasible method for the measure of other polysaccharide with high pentose content.
