| 摘 要： | 创造性人格是创造主体顺利进行创造活动的内在动力要素和动机发生的基础,对创业心理品质培养具有重要的理论支撑和实践参考价值。文章基于创造力研究的视角,以创造性人格为切入点和研究对象,分析创造性人格与优秀创业心理品质特征的关联性,并就创业教育中如何培育创造性人格作多层面的策略探讨。

| Abstract: | Creative personality is the foundation for the inside motivation factors and incentives of creation subjects to smoothly conduct their activities and offers reference value and theoretical backup for the cultivation of entrepreneurship psychology. This paper analyzes the relationship between creative personality and excellent entrepreneurial psychological quality and discusses the multi-layering strategies on how to cultivate creative personality in education based on the perspective of creativity research via using creative personality as the starting point and research subjects. |
