| 摘 要： | 卢梭、洛克等人的社会契约思想在西方源远流长，影响深远。它以自由、平等、人权为核心，影响着话方宪政的产生、发展。本文从社会契约思想及其与西方宪政的关系人手，结合我国宪政中存在的某些问题进行了分析，认为契约思想在我国的推广，将会推动我国宪政的完善与发展。

| Abstract: | The social contract thought of lurthor of Locke run a long course from a remote source and has deep effects in wesern countries. It considers freedom, eguality and human rights as its core with influences the birth and development of western consitutional - political system. This essay begins with the relationship between the social contrast thought and the western constitional - political system of our country. It holds the idea that the spread of the social contrast thought in our country will push the improvement and development of the constitutional -political system in our country. |
