| 摘 要： | 发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是社会主义现代化建设的重要目标;发展社会主义民主政治,最根本的是要坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国的有机统一;要使党在市场经济和民主政治的发展中走在时代的前列,必须在“三个代表”重要思想指导下,构筑社会主义政治文明基本框架,以保证党和国家的长治久安。

| Abstract: | It is a significant objective of socialist modern ization that to develop socialist democratic politics and construct socialist po litical civilization. To develop socialist democratic politics, the most essenti al is to keep the combination of the leadership of the Communist Party of China, people being the host of the country and ruling the country by law. If we want to keep the Party always proceeding in the front rank of the time when we are de veloping the market economy and democratic politics, we must set up the basic fr ame of socialist polity civilization, under the direction of the thought of "Thr ee represents", in order to protect the long-term stability and permanence of th e Party and our country. |
