少数民族地区师资建设刍议

摘    要:少数民族地区教师队伍不稳定除了经济上的原因外,更深层的原因在于全国统一的汉化教育模式培养出来的教师,不能适应跨化(异质化)教育的需要。因而,要办好民族教育,需要对师范院校学生加强民族政策、民族知识等方面的跨化教育,同时对教师素质的认证体制应兼容异民族的认证指标。

Abstract:The teaching staff teams in regions of the national m inority are u nstable due to the economic reasons. However, the reason in the root are caused by teachers, who are educated through the Han cultural patterns and do not adapt themselves to the demand of the cross-cultural (heterogeneous culture) educatio n. Thus, to run the national education well, students in teachers' universities a nd colleges should be cross-culturally educated in raising awareness of national policies. Meanwhile, the system of attestation of teachers' qualifications shou ld be compatible to the quotas of hetero-national principles.
