试论素质教育的教学原则

摘    要:教学原则是教学工作应当遵循的基本规范。教学原则具有系统性、发展性和可操作性等特点。从教学原则的本质特点来看,《课堂教学中素质教育的教学原则》存在明显的不足。文章认为,素质教育的教学原则主要有课堂教学中的素质教育与课外活动中的素质教育相结合的原则,全面发展与培养特长相结合的原则,面向全体与因材施教相结合的原则,理论联系实际的原则,教学民主与严格要求相结合的原则和全面激励的原则。

Abstract:Teaching principle is a basic norm that must be followed during teaching work. It has systematic development and operational characters. Judging from its character, there' re obvious defects in Classroom Teaching Qulity Education Principle. In this article, the view is that quality teaching principle includes: the principle of the quality education connection of classroom teaching and outside classroom activities. The principle of the connection of complete development and character training, the principle of the connection of focusing on groups and teaching depending on materials, the principle of the connection of teaching democracy and strict request, and the principle of complete awards.
