| 摘 要： | 高职药学专业教学为期一年的专业实习存在一些问题，主要包括学生及其家长对实习的偏见、医药企业对实习生身份的定位不准、学校对实习工作的管理和考核体系不够完善等。鉴于此，对这些问题进行了分析并提出了针对性对策：要使学生正确认识实习工作；转变对实习的看法；加大管理与投入；要探索多样化的实习模式。

| Abstract: | Some problems exist in the one-year professional practice of higher vocational pharmaceutical specialty, mainly including bias against internship of students and their parents, inaccurate positioning of interns identity of pharmaceutical enterprises , the imperfect management and evaluation system of the internship, etc. In view of this, the paper analyses these problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures： to make the students have a correct understanding of internship; change views of internship; increase management and investment; and explore diversified practice mode. |
