| 摘 要： | 现在人们经常使用"数字遗产"的概念来取代"数字信息",但只有明晰数字信息的法律地位,才能谈及该数字信息的私权内容,进而有效保障拥有数字信息公民的合法权益。本文从数字遗产提出的背景,分析了数字信息的内涵,探究公民个人数字信息的内容、价值,保障公民个人数字信息的途径。
