| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业科技人才的发展环境具有一定的特殊性和复杂性,其中政策环境的影响更加突出,也更具特色.本文以政策环境为核心,基于对相关政策文本的分析,深入民营企业开展实地调研、深度访谈与座谈.结合已有研究文献,从不同角度分析我国民营企业科技人才发展环境的特点,挖掘民营企业科技人才的发展困境及需求,提出未来发展的对策建议.
