| 摘 要： | 高校内部教育资源主要可分为三种:满足基本教育教学需要的基本资源、强化培育学科特色竞争力的专项资源和支撑师生发展与区域社会服务的共享资源。在更加注重"供给侧结构性改革"的时代背景下,优化配置高校内部的基本资源,应遵循"师生满意,设施优良,管理一流,服务高效"的基本原则;优化配置高校内部的专项资源,应遵循"培育特色,强化优势,改革创新,重在大精"的基本原则;优化配置高校内部的共享资源,应遵循"教师发展,学生成才,文化繁荣,引领社会"的基本原则。

| Abstract: | There are three main types of educational resources in universities,namely,the basic educational resources to meet the basic need of the basic education and teaching,the special resources to cultivate the characteristics of the discipline and the shared resources to support the development of teachers and students and regional social services.In the background of paying more attention to the"structural reform of the supply-side",the basic resources of universities should be optimized by following the principle of"satisfaction of teachers and students,excellent facilities,first-class management and efficient service".In optimizing the allocation of special resources in universities,we should follow the principle of"cultivating characteristics,strengthening the advantages,reform and innovation,focusing on the broad and the essentials",and in optimizing the allocation of shared resources,we should follow the principles of"teachers’development,students’achievement,cultural prosperity and leading the community". |
