| Abstract: | Property integration is intrinsically linked to the essence of property rights.To some extent,the evolution and selection of property integration reflect the social provisions of the essence of property rights.Meanwhile,property integration has two modes,that is,internalization and externalization.Since the 1990s,some new operations of property integration transaction have appeared. |
