| 摘 要： | 由于历史的原因,传统的体育理论把“增强体质”做为体育教学的唯一目的,忽略了体育自身的人文内涵。不久前,国家教育部提出“健康第一”、“终身体育”,学校体育教学必须加快教育观念的转变,并采取有效措施,才能实现跨世纪学校体育的目的、任务和要求。

| Abstract: | Due to historical reasons, the traditional physical education theory takes "building up the health" as the unique purpose in physical education, which neglects the cultural connotation of sports itself. Recently, the Education Ministry puts forward the ideas of "health the first "and "lifelong physical education"and the task and requirement of changing physical education ideas to build up "striding century "colleges by taking effective measurement. |
