| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的高速发展和城市化进程的加快，大量土地被征用，许多农民成了失地农民，其就业困难和生活艰难令人堪忧，失地农民问题已成为突出的社会问题。切实解决好失地农民的就业问题，对构建和谐社会有着十分重要的意义。本文就失地农民的就业现状、就业存在的主要困难及相应对策进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,a lot of land was expropriated,and many farmers have become landless peasants.Their employment and life are worrying.The landless peasant problem hasbecome one of major social problems.it has very important significance for building a harmonious society to effectively solve the employment problem of landless peasants.In this paper,the status,difficulties and corresponding countermeasures of the landless peasants problem were discussed. |
