| 摘 要： | 加快发展高等职业技术教育对河南省经济社会的发展具有十分重要的意义。高等职业教育的发展应明确三个定位,即培养目标的性质定位、办学的层次定位和要素定位;在解决存在问题的对策方面应注重抓好办学模式僵化、教学方法落后、实践环节薄弱、“双师型”师资紧缺以及如何为区域经济服务等问题。

| Abstract: | The expediting of the development of higher education of vocational technology carries great importance to the development of the economic society of Henan Province. Three locations of the development of higher education of vocational technology must be made clear: the location of the nature of its training objective, the location of its level in education and the location of its key elements. Among the countermeasures in solving the problems in existence, priority should be given to the solution of the following ones: the rigid mode of running schools, the backward teaching methods, the weakness in the link of practical work, the lack of double-qualification teachers and the ways in the supply of service to regional economy. |
