渔船柴油机工况智能监测系统的开发

摘    要:为了提高渔船的作业效率和生产安全,本文采用AT89C52单片机和传感器建立了柴油机工况实时监测的实验模型。模型中采集的参数经过ADC0809模/数芯片转换为数字参数,通过对数字参数的判断对超出范围的工况进行报警,并用共阴LED数码管将参数显示出来,实现了对船舶柴油机工况的智能监测。实验调试结果表明,该系统具有很好的移值性和稳定性。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and safety of a fishery boat, a test model to monitor real-time the diesel engine cases was established by AT89C52 and sensors. The parameters collected are converted to digital parameters by ADC0809 mold/digit chip. The case beyond the reach of scope will be alarmed to determine the digit parameters, and the digit parameters will be displayed by a common-cathode LED. The experimental debugging results show that this system has a favorable transplant and stability performances.
