| 摘 要： | 有统计表明，超过67％的生产企业其产成品物流费用占销售额5％以上，而作为中国制造业比较集中的苏州地区，制造商物流业务情况值得研究。调查当前苏州地区生产企业物流人才需求情况，发现其招聘岗位主要有仓管类、采购类、物料控制类、关务类、国际贸易类、船务类等，而物流人才需求的学历则以大专、中专为主。

| Abstract: | Statistics indicate that the cost of the logistics of products accounts for more than 5%of total sales in more than 67% of the corporations. Owing to the assembled manufacturing industry in Suzhou, the logistics of manufacturers in this region is worth studying. After surveying the demand of talents specialized in logistics in the corporations in Suzhou, it is found that the job vacancies concerning logistics mainly fall into six categories, namely warehouse management, purchasing, material control, customs services, international trade and shipping service. And the talents are mainly required to have a junior college or technical school education. |
