| 摘 要： | 我国的高度函授教育研究发端于建国初期，改革开放以后获得迅速的发展，取得了很大的成就。但也毋容讳言，高等函授教育理论研究仍存在着学科不成熟，成果档次低，关心的人比较少，确定力量单薄等一系问题。在新世纪我国加快高等教育大众化发展步伐的形势下，高等函授教育也将得到进一步的发展。因此，进一步提高高等函授教育理论研究的水平很有必要，意义重大，宜从奠定坚定，理论基础等六个方法加强这个工作。

| Abstract: | Our country's higher correspondence education started at the beginning of PRC,and gained rapid development after reform and open policy.But there are apparently many problems,such as,immuture subject,low quality of achievement,less attention paid and weak strength etc.It will be further developed with the rapid development of mass education in our country in the new century.So it is significant to heighten the level of theoretical study,which can be achieved from six points of view,such as,laying solid theoretical foundation etc. |
