摘    要:将不同三价铁盐和合成工艺来制备高密度FePO4前驱体,分别从反应物浓度、终点pH值、以及干燥方式等因素对密度的影响进行了分析,得出了最佳工艺合成条件.实验结果表明:当温度保持在50℃,Fe(NO3)3.9H2O浓度为1.1mol/L,并且控制pH值=1.3,采用二次干燥工艺,可得到密度为1.55g/cm3锂离子正极材料前驱体FePO4.

Abstract:FePO4 precursor with high-density was synthesized by three different kinds of ferric saline(Fe(Ⅲ))and synthetic technology,and analyzed the effect of reactant concentration,final pH value and drying method on its density,which obtained the best preparing condition consequently.It was demonstrated that FePO4 precursor of lithium ion battery materials by two-step drying method had the higher density of 1.55 g/cm3 when the temperature maintained 50℃,the concentration of Fe(NO3)3.9H2O was 1.1 mol/L and pH value was 1.3.
