花粉管通道法转基因对小麦主要农艺性状的影响

摘    要:采用花粉管通道法介导外源耐盐基因SeNHX1导入4个小麦品种(品系)BN-64、YM-34、BM-1和AK-58中,并对转基因D0代的主要农艺性状进行了统计分析.结果表明,与对照相比,转基因D0代植株的种子(D1代)千粒重、株高、穗长、旗叶面积均有所提高;D0代植株与对照组相比,株高差异均达到显著水平,甚至极显著水平;穗长除BM-1差异不显著外,其余受体均达显著水平.叶面积差异均达到显著水平;叶长除YM-34外,其余受体差异均达到极显著水平.叶宽与受体相比均无明显差异.

Abstract:Four strains of wheat(BN-64,YM-34,BM-1 and AK-58) were transformed with SeNHX1 gene by pollen tube pathway.Their agronomic traits were examined when those transformed plants grew to mature.Statistical analysis revealed that compared with control,an obvious increase in thousand-grain weight has been found;There was a significant difference found in plant length in D0 generation of transformed plants,and a significant difference in ear length was observed in all the transformed plants except BM-1.There was a significant difference found in flag leaf area among all of the strains.
