植物水分与抗旱分子生物学的发展及其影响

摘    要:从形态、生理机制研究阶段和分子机制研究阶段两个方面介绍了植物水分与抗旱分子生物学的基础研究进展.从抗旱节水基因分离克隆技术、抗旱节水转基因技术、抗旱节水化学调控技术、控制性根系分区交替灌溉节水技术和植物抗旱组织培养和诱变生物技术五个方面对植物水分与抗旱分子生物学与抗旱节水相关的主要技术进行了介绍.同时,对植物水分与抗旱分子生物学的影响及其发展前景作了展望.

Abstract:The basic research progress of plant water relations and drought -resistant molecular biology were reviewed from morphological,physiological and molecular mechanisms.The main technologies of drought-resistant and saving water associated with plant water relations and drought-resistant molecular biology were introduced from isolation and cloning of genes,transgene technology,chemical control technology.controlled root-divided alternative irrigation technology and tissue culture and induced mutation biotechnology.Meanwhile,the effects and prospects of plant water relations and drought-resistant molecular biology were discussed.
