摘    要:当前,公立医院改革进入关键阶段,实施科学合理的绩效管理已成为推动公立医院改革管理体制、运行机制和监管机制的重要手段。本文分析了公立医院推进绩效管理过程中存在的问题,并结合相关政策要求,提出了改进策略和建议。

Abstract:Presently, a public hospital reform has entered the critical period. The implementation of scientific and rational performance management is an important means to promote its management system, and operation and supervision mechanisms. On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in implementing performance management of a public hospital and combining the relevant policy requirements, this paper puts forward the improvement strategies and suggestions.
