| 摘 要： | 重庆市统筹城乡教育,推进师资队伍建设制度改革试验如今已近3年,但实效并不如人意。本文提出＂采取重赏政策＂,＂实行城乡教师轮回制＂,＂教育打假,庸师、劣师‘下课’＂,＂‘送下去’,‘请上来’＂的对策建议,助推重庆市统筹城乡教育发展,并促进教育公平、优质教育和人民满意教育的早日实现。

| Abstract: | The system reform of furthering faculty building in the coordination of urban and rural education in Chongqing has been experimented for nearly three years.But the result is not satisfactory.This paper forwards the suggestions of ＂making high reward policy＂,＂implementing the system of rotating urban and rural teachers＂,＂dismissing mediocre and low-grade teachers＂ and ＂sending urban teachers to rural schools and inviting rural teachers to urban schools＂ so as to promote the urban and rural education development in Chongqing and to realize education fairness,high-quality education and the education the people feel satisfied with as soon as possible. |
