| 摘 要： | 虚拟参考咨询服务政策是指提供虚拟参考咨询的机构为开展虚拟参考咨询工作而制定的行动准则.以此,通过对5个著名虚拟参考咨询服务政策的对比分析,提出若干完善其服务政策的内容,以期对虚拟参考咨询服务规范化具有一定的参考价值.
