| 摘 要： | 现代体操呈现多极化发展的特点 ,为人们理解体操运动本质增添了不小的阴影。文章对现代体操中主要内容的基本特征进行了认真地研究与分析 ,提出了竞技体操是现代体操唯一代表的观点并同时进行了较为详细的论证 ,希望能以此为将来进行进一步规范体操体系、深化体操教学改革、加强体育学科建设等理论与实践活动提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Modern gymnastics appears more characteristic of polarization,it results a lot of hatching in perceiving essence of gymmasitics.Therefore,after seriously researching and analysising basic characteristic of main content in the gymnastics,this paper profounds a new own standpoint and expounds it in detail,hoping to support the foundation of reference for the gymnastic theory and practice in further standardizing gymnastics system,deepening teaching reform,reinforcing course construction and so on,in the future. |
