| 摘 要： | 分析了当前二次文献库和引文数据库建设中存在的问题及其内涵, 指出出版印刷本的二次文献库和引文数据库是一种重复劳动。列举了全文数据库的优点, 对建设大规模全文数据库的可行性、对计算机系统的要求、文献情报工作者的任务、建设和服务中可能产生的问题等作了分析。认为建设大规模全文数据库的时机已成熟, 应该着手其实施与实际的操作。
