| 摘 要： | 目前大学毕业生就业形势严峻,针对大学生的就业歧视也越来越严重,主要表现为性别歧视、体貌歧视、健康歧视、户籍歧视等方面,由此严重损害了大学毕业生的就业平等权。在分析大学生就业歧视现象的基础上,探究我国法律在对大学生就业平等权保护方面的不足之处,并就大学生就业平等权的法律保护提出了相关完善建议。
