| 摘 要： | 教师的侵权是指依法履行教育教学权的教师在课堂教学过程中或学生管理工作中，因过错侵害了法律所保护的受教育者的合法权益，并给受教育者造成了损害的行为。按照受教育者的合法权益受到侵害的类型，教师侵权可分为教师侵害人格权、教师侵害名誉权、教师侵害隐私权、教师侵生命健康权、教师侵害受教育权五个方面。

An Analysis of Teachers' Infringement on Students' Rights |

| Abstract: | In today's traditional education, as the main part in the process of teaching and management, the teacher may inevitably do educatees some harm. This is usually shown by the fact that the teacher infringes the educatees' rights of human dignity, reputation, privacy, life and health, and receiving education. Such infringement is nothing new, and what counts is that the teacher doesn't have a correct understanding of the law of education. This paper attempts to discuss the harm to educatees caused by the teachers in the process of teaching management. |
