| 摘 要： | 高等学校的教务管理模式经过历史演进形成了三种不同的模式,各自在不同的历史阶段发挥了重要作用。就目前对广大的一般性高校而言,以二级学院为主导的教务管理工作模式,既能够适应学校的实际情况,又能顺应了人才培养的需要。该模式的构建需要建立规范的制度、科学的监控体系、实现与学校教学目标的一致性、科学培养体制、与学校其他机构的合作体系以及教务管理信息化,从而满足学校、教师、学生以及其他主体发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The teaching management in university experiences three different stages in history and thus,forms three modes,each one playing an important role in its own phaze.As to most of universities,teaching management mold dominated by cluster colleges matches the reality and the need of personnel training.The construction of this mold requires the setting up of regulatory institutions,scientific supervisory system,coherence with teaching objectives,scientific cultivating system,cooperation with other departments and teaching management informatization to satisfy the needs of universities,teachers,students and other subjects. |
