极限负荷斜蹲过程中股外肌肌电信号变化及针刺和静力牵张对其恢复过程的影响

摘    要:对极限负荷斜蹲过程中,股外肌肌电信号特征的变化及针刺和静力牵张对其恢复过程的影响进行了研究.结果表明,在一组斜蹲至力竭过程中,IEMG(积分肌电)随起蹲次数的增加面增加,MPF(平均功率频率)则没有明显的变化;在多组斜蹲至力竭过程中,等长段、克制段的MPF与工作能力达到70%~50%最大工作能力时,形成峰值,退让段则没有此变化;斜蹲时,股外肌IEMG在等长段最大,克制段次之,退让段最低;针刺和静力牵张腿在24及48h后的肌电各指标,同运动结束时相比显著降低,对照腿则不显著.

Abstract:A study was conducted on the change of EMG of lateral vastus muscle in maximal work with oblique squatting and the effect of acupuncture and static extension on the recovery process. The results indicated that the IEMG increased with the number of squatting but the MPF did not show obvious change; during the process of exhaustion with multiple sets of squatting, the MPF reached its peak value while the working ability was 50 to 70 percent of the maximum in isometric work and concentric work, however, no such change appeared in eccentric work; while oblique squatting, the IEMG of lateral vastus muscle in isometric work was larger than that in concentric or eccentric work, with the value in eccentric work as the lowest; signals of EMG of acupucture leg and static extension leg significantly reduced after 24 and 48 hours, but no significant change appeared with control leg.
