| 摘 要： | 我国西部地区虽然具有资源丰富和劳动力成本低等比较优势，但由于各种因素的制约．使比较优势难以转化为竞争优势。在确立自身比较优势的基础上应通过改善环境、延长产业链等途径，培育竞争优势。
