| 摘 要： | 在影视节目制作中,我们受到某些成规的限制,往往把不符合"正规"技术标准的画面和声音素材列为"技术废片",但有些素材具有真正的艺术性,我们可以充分利用其进行艺术创作。确实已经拍摄的废品素材,如果我们合理利用也可以达到一定的艺术效果。改变我们对这些素材的态度,进行大胆的实践,突破"正规"的标准,找到新的艺术方法和手段,有助于取得重要的艺术成就。

| Abstract: | confined by some so-called regulations in TV and film production, we often call those pictures and sound footages, which can't meet with the STANDARD, as "technically wasted film". But some footages actually are artistic ones, we can fully use them for our artistic creation. Change our attitudes towards these footages, boldly expertise, breakthrough so-called FORMAL STANDARD, and find new art approach and method, we can definitely win important art achievement. |
